An Organic Face

I just saw this website and really liked the idea of it. My sister and I were looking into some more natural facial products...the thought of all the chemicals was starting to get to us. We just couldn't find that many items that worked amazingly well for the price. Some of the etsy shops on this blog look great and not grossly expensive. The picture shown is of a clay mask from the etsy shop of Dress Green. I can't wait to try some of this stuff out!

Commercials with Class

I don't watch TV much, but I must admit I love this commercial. I can't say enough good about it. It just makes me smile.

Bubbly...

My family is really cute, I mean that in the most humble way possible. I mean really...how many people have their sister call them up to have dinner that is home made (garden grown and all) then play with bubbles in the yard after. I just had to post this! 1. Great job Anna on the home made ravioli's! 2. Broc your sauce rocks! 3. My nephew is adorable! 4. Good job on the pie too Broc! I love you guys and thanks for having Bud and I over! This is one of my favorite pictures that was taken during bubble time. The way he was jumping around and laughing was so fun to experience. It really makes me want to have that pure innocence of life around all the time. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy, it's hard not to be when I'm so blessed, it's just great to see such joy and happiness over something so little. I have joy when I'm going to the temple, reading scriptures, spending time with family, serving people I love, but that is also very thought provoking/self improvement as well. I want to find something so simple to make me so happy...any ideas? Maybe I just answered my own question...playing with bubbles and my nephew ;-)! I still would love to know if anyone else has any ideas!

Wedding Bliss!

I'm sorry for not blogging very much, I have just felt like there wasn't much to blog about. Don't get me wrong...I've actually been pretty busy...it's just that either I didn't have a camera with me or I just didn't feel like blogging it. Plus, I've been reading a lot so I haven't really gone online much. Janelle was telling me I needed to update and since I actually have something to update here it is... Ally got married! Going to Utah for the wedding was pretty fun, especially since I had my best guy friend Robert with me! We went to see Ally, meet her new husband, dinner at my parents, hang out at the hotel, go to the wedding, then the reception, then walk around the temple enjoying the sight, drive around and look at homes...all with a handy GPS to guide us around!

The wedding was beautiful, sealing and all! I'm so excited to be able to participate in her wonderful/exciting/marvelous day! Having never been to the Salt Lake Temple (inside at least), it was a great blessing to have my first opportunity be with such wonderful people. Ally is a truly amazing friend and I wouldn't have missed the opportunity to go for the world! She is beautiful inside and out, loving, kind, there for you in a minute! Brian, take care of her for me...I miss her dearly! I'm going to come visit soon! Well, here are a few of the pictures and in Ally's famous words...BTM (Back to Me) ;-) !

Redlands

Needing to drive to San Bernadino for a copy of my birth certificate was not a positive for me until I realized that I might be able to go to the Redlands temple while I was up there. I did a little research finding the address, mapped it out and...tada...it's only 15 minutes away! So, while the San Diego temple was being cleaned I was able to attend the very beautiful Redlands temple. I had to wait around for about 4 hours so that I was able to go through, but well worth the wait! If anyone has the opportunity to attend it I would definitely recommend it. I guess being the only one not born in San Diego County isn't too bad...

My Forever Family!

I just wanted to say how wonderful I think my family is! I love them very much and think that they are truly amazing. Miracle of all miracles we were all in the same city at the same time for Ethan's baptism. Realizing this we did an impromptu family picture so that we could actually have one (we haven't had a full one in many years). So...here is my beautiful eternal family. I'm so happy that we were able to get a picture with all of us! Thank you everyone for putting up with my very demanding opinions on the matter ;-)! I love you all!!!
